Scientific American’s Cities Issue

This is more relevant to the “urban” part of the class than the “media archaeology” part, but Scientific American magazine’s September issue is all about cities. There are stories on efficiency, using electronic devices to yield “smart cities,” innovations for better city living, etc. Maybe looking through it will help people in the class generate ideas for what kinds of things they would want to map?
