Interactive Map Compares the New York City of 1836 to Today

I feel someone must have came across this in class, but I didn’t find it on the blog so I decided to still share.
The Smithsonian Museum made interactive maps that compares old maps to today’s maps.  There is also maps for San Francisco and Los Angeles. To me there is quite an excitement peering into the interactive magnifiers!
